Who ? When ? Where ?
The Brussels Linux User Group BxLUG invited me to participate to the J D L 2008 (Journées Du Libre / Free and Open-Source Days 2008).
These tooked place on: Fri 06-06-2008 and Sat 07-06-2008

from: 10 AM to 6 PM

How ?
I formed a little group with specialized people, each of them being able to optimally demonstrate one of the three FREE solutions we've choosen

What ?
During the event we showed the next aspects and FREE software solutions:
List of exhibitors/presentations

Some event feedbacks:
- NVDA seems to be a quite good and "gratis" solution for blind Windows users
- but the eSpeak voices coming with Orca were unfortunately not so much appreciated: they are sounding quite robotic and cold ... IMHO we shall start a sampling-based library project to develop a more human-sounding speech solution under GPL license
